Delivery Fee:
1.500 KWD for delivery across Kuwait.

Delivery Time:
Orders are usually delivered within approximately 2 hours during working hours, depending on the delivery area, product availability, and order time.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The original purchase invoice must be provided.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• The product must be unused and free from damage.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the product.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or physical damage are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Certain products may be excluded from return or exchange in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations in Kuwait.
